Why you're still here
The neuroscience of why capable, hardworking, successful on paper women stay exactly where they are, year after year. Not as a concept as a relief. Your nervous system isn't broken. It's running an old pattern that was never about effort.
20–45 min
Locating the old belief
A guided NLP process to find exactly where "not worthy," "not enough," or "not as successful" is still running. Not in your head. In your body. Most women have never been shown how to do this.
45–70 min
The rising
A live NLP and energy process anchoring, belief work, energy release that you do in real time, on the call, with me. This is the part women message me about afterward. "I actually felt something shift” after previous live experiences I have run.
70–90 min
What's possible now
Future pacing not as a concept, but as a nervous system experience. You leave with a felt sense of the woman who finally puts herself first, not just an idea of her.
Cameras on..I don’t force anyone to turn them on but I do gently encourage so that you can be present, without trying to multi task. This is a held space and it’s safe. I work with energy and need to actually see you, so come ready to be fully present.

Hi, I'm Tina.
I know that feeling of watching a year pass and finding yourself exactly where you started.
I spent years putting myself last through a four-year IVF journey, the loss of my best friend, the loss of my father, and a career identity that dissolved in the middle of all of it. I was capable. I knew it. And something kept holding be back anyway.
I understood my belief and thought patterns. I'd read everything. I could explain my nervous system responses with reasonable clarity. And I was still exactly where I was.
What changed wasn't trying harder. It was finding work that operated at the level where the pattern actually lived in my body, in my nervous system, in the beliefs running quietly running the show.
NLP. Energy healing. Breathwork. Reiki. Sound bowl therapy. That's the work that moved things for me. And it's what I've spent years learning to offer properly.

QUESTIONS
Before you say yes
Do I need to be on camera?
Yes — cameras on, please. I don’t force anyone to do this but I do gently encourage to put cameras on so that you can be fully present, not answering emails or checking your phones and responding. This isn't a webinar you half-watch with your phone in hand. I work with energy and I read the room as we go, which means I need to actually see you. Come somewhere private, close the door, and give yourself the full 90 minutes without distractions. That's part of what makes the shift real and what helps you to RISE.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway. You'll get the replay link the moment it's ready, available for 48 hours. That said, the live process especially the real-time NLP and energy work is genuinely different when experienced live versus watched back, so I'd encourage you to clear the time if you can and do this one thing for yourself as it’s the start of putting yourself ahead of others.
Is this woo-woo, or is there substance?
Both, honestly and I really don’t like the word woo woo but I now it’s used so often. I hold a BSc, (Hons) in Neuroscience and I'm a certified NLP Master Practitioner and a certified and accredited Life Coach (ICI)— the science is real and rigorous. I'm also a Reiki energy practitioner and sound bowl therapy practitioner, and I don't hide that. The Rising blends both deliberately, because in my experience neither one alone gets you all the way there.
Will I be sold to aggressively?
No. There's a brief, low-pressure mention at the end of how to keep working with me if you want to that's it. The 90 minutes themselves are not a sales pitch. It’s the real thing.
What do I need to bring?
Just a quiet space where you won't be interrupted, and headphones if you have them. And something to write with and on for any reflection moments that you have.
