Payment information when you purchase — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details

Basic analytics data via Squarespace's built-in analytics — pages visited, time on site and general location (country/region only)
Technical data such as browser type, device type and IP address — collected by Squarespace as part of standard website operation
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the following trusted service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate our services:
Squarespace— our website platform, which processes basic analytics and hosts our contact forms
Mailchimp (Intuit)— our email marketing platform
Calendly— our appointment scheduling tool
Hopper - our membership external platform (uses Stripe for payments)
Payment processor stripe — for secure processing of payments (we do not store card details)
We may also disclose your data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of ourselves or others.
06 RETENTION
How long we keep your data
Email subscribers— for as long as you remain subscribed. Unsubscribe anytime
Coaching clients— up to 7 years after our engagement ends, as required for legal and accounting purposes
Contact form enquiries— up to 2 years unless you become a client

09 INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
International data transfers
As we use Squarespace, Mailchimp and Calendly — which are US-based — your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we transfer data from the UK or EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided by our service providers. For Singapore-based users, transfers are conducted in compliance with the PDPA's transfer limitation obligations.
10 CHILDREN
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
